
Women’s Support Circle offers a safe, supportive space for healing, growth, and connection. Using strengths-based and culturally responsive approaches such as Te Whare Tapa Whā and the Tree of Life model, the programme supports holistic wellbeing across mind, body, spirit, and family. Women are encouraged to explore life experiences creatively, build resilience, and strengthen their sense of belonging.
